Global Ad
Install and activate the Listdom Ads Add-on. To add the desired advertising content, go to Listdom → Settings → Add-ons. Find the Ads Add-on accordion and enter the content which can be a shortcode, an HTML code, or a simple text in the Global Ad area provided. This content will be displayed on all of the listings. The position and style of that are based on the style and design of the listing details page and your website theme.
Listing Specific Ad
Also, the Listdom Ads Add-on adds a new section to the Add / Edit Listing page both on the backend (WordPress dashboard) and the Frontend Dashboard. Filling out this field overwrites the Global Ad content for a certain listing.
Manage the Ads Visibility
You can manage the visibility of the Ads add-on section on the listing pages at different levels.
Disable it for all of the listings
To disable it, go to Listdom → Settings → Details Page, and under the Elements section find the Ads. Click on the check icon ✓ to disable the Ads section on all of the listings.
Click on the ⚙ icon to select whether to show the “Ads” title above the added section on the listing details page or not.
Note: The Ads section will remain on the Add / Edit listing page but won’t be displayed on the front end.
Disable for a specific listing
You can disable the element for each listing individually. To do that navigate to the Display Options section on the Add / Edit listing page of the desired listing and disable the Ads element.
Disable it on the Frontend Dashboard
To disable the Ads section on the Add listing form of the Frontend dashboard, Navigate to the Listdom → Settings → General → Frontend Submission tab and disable the Ads element.
👉 The Display options and the Frontend Dashboard are available in the Listdom Pro Add-on.
