Affiliate Agreement

01. Who this agreement is with

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Webilia (“Webilia,” “we,” “us”) and the individual or entity accepted into the Webilia Partner Program (“Affiliate,” “you”). By applying to, or participating in, the program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

02. Customer discount

Customers who purchase through your referral link receive a 10% discount on their first purchase. This discount is automatic and applies only when the purchase is attributed to you under the attribution window in Clause 5.

03. Commission structure

You earn commission on purchases attributed to you, calculated as a percentage of the net order value (after the customer discount and any refunds, taxes, or payment processing fees are excluded):

• First purchase: 20% commission on a referred customer’s initial purchase.
• Renewals: 10% commission on subsequent renewal payments made by a customer you originally referred, for as long as that customer remains active and attributed to you.

04. Commission hold period

Newly earned commissions are placed on hold for 45 days from the date of the underlying purchase before they become eligible for withdrawal. This hold accounts for the refund and chargeback window; commissions tied to an order that is refunded, disputed, or cancelled during the hold period are reversed and will not be paid out.

05. Attribution window

When a visitor clicks your referral link but doesn’t purchase immediately, the referral remains attributed to you for 30 days from the click. Any qualifying purchase made by that visitor within this window is credited to you, provided no other affiliate’s link is clicked in the meantime.

06. Withdrawals

Commissions that have cleared the hold period accumulate in your affiliate balance. You may request a withdrawal once your available (cleared) balance reaches $50. Balances below this threshold carry over and continue to accrue toward it.

07. Conduct & restrictions

You agree not to generate referrals through spam, misleading claims, incentivized or fraudulent clicks, self-referrals, bidding on Webilia’s own brand terms in paid search, or any method that misrepresents Webilia or your relationship to it. Webilia may withhold or reverse commissions, and may suspend or terminate your participation, if it determines in good faith that referrals were generated in violation of this clause.

08. Term & termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you participate in the program. Either party may end the relationship at any time, for any reason, on notice. Commissions already earned and cleared as of termination remain payable; commissions still within the hold period at termination are handled per Clause 4.
