Definitions and acceptance

“Webilia”, “we”, and “us” refer to Webilia and its websites, products, services, and support. By using our websites or products, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown at purchase or inside the product.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and keeping activity on your account secure. One person should use one account. Organizations may authorize team members, but the account holder remains responsible for activity and must not share access in a way that compromises security.

Products and licenses

Webilia WordPress products are provided under their applicable license terms. WordPress product software is generally distributed under GPL version 2 or later where stated; product names, artwork, documentation, and other media may have separate rights. License keys and account access are for the licensed customer’s own websites and must not be shared, resold, or misused.

Website and service use

Use Webilia services lawfully and respectfully. Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, abuse support channels, or use the websites in a way that harms other users or the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, or product integrity.

Payments and refunds

Prices and purchase terms are shown at the time of purchase. Eligible product purchases may be refunded when requested within 30 days, subject to the applicable product terms and payment-provider processing. A refund may end the associated license and access to product downloads, updates, or support.

Delivery, updates, and support

After a successful purchase, your account may provide access to downloads, license information, updates, and support options. Paid product support generally requires an active, valid license. We may release updates, change features, or discontinue a service as products evolve.

Ownership and disclaimer

Webilia and its licensors retain rights in the websites, brands, documentation, and materials except where a third-party or open-source license says otherwise. Products and services are provided subject to availability and applicable law, without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.
